It is normal to feel sensitivity to hot and cold food, as well as sensitivity to pressure in the mouth. This will require a period of adjustment which will take several days.
Do not be alarmed if your speech if affected for the first few days, as you will quickly adapt to the new position of your teeth.
You may also experience increased salivary flow. This will subside after about one week.
Daily plaque removal is critical for the long term success of your dental work. You must maintain a regular oral hygiene routine and must incorporate brushing and flossing.
Please ensure you avoid chewing sweets, hard food, ice and other non food items such as finger nails and pens. You must also avoid food which stains such as tea, coffee, and red wine. You must avoid smoking.
